Unexpected events can happen any time. Whether you’re in a crash, having a medical emergency, need assistance at home, or need help during severe weather, an OnStar Emergency Advisor* is ready to help you.
 
  • Caught in a storm or natural disaster? With Crisis Assist,* Advisors can help you locate shelter and resources and assist with directions when needed.
  • Stranded, out of gas, or have a flat tire? With Roadside Assistance,* we’ll help coordinate assistance to your location and help you get back on the road in no time.
  • Involved in a crash? Automatic Crash Response* alerts us with your location and critical crash details so we can contact the appropriate 911 centre to request help be sent to you, even if you can’t ask for it.
     

No matter where you are or when you need us, our specially trained Emergency Advisors can contact 911 to request assistance be sent to your location and can provide emergency medical, fire and police guidance until help arrives on the scene. You are never alone and always have a human connection in your time of need when you have OnStar.
